Our mission—reflected in our commitment to ‌“nifty, durable kitchen gadgets that cut prep time”‌—is to ensure that each product brings warmth, ease, and joy to your home cooking. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we also uphold a fair and transparent returns and refunds policy. ‌Please note: we do not offer refunds without a corresponding return of the item (“refund only” requests are not accepted).

All returns must be initiated following the steps outlined below, and refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.


2. ‌Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within ‌30 days‌ of receiving your order, provided the item meets these conditions:

  • The product is ‌unused, in its original packaging‌, and in resalable condition (no signs of wear, damage, or alteration).
  • All tags, labels, and protective wraps are intact.
  • The reason for return falls under one of the following:
    • Defective or damaged item upon arrival.
    • Incorrect item shipped (different from what was ordered).
    • Change of mind (please note that return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the customer’s responsibility).

Non-returnable items‌ (unless defective/faulty):

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products used, opened, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events (clearly marked at purchase).

3. ‌Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Contact Us First:‌ Email us at murmur@kitchencraftuk.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions:‌ We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return label (for faulty/incorrect items) or instructions for self-paid returns (for change of mind).
  3. Package Securely:‌ Place the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and add the RA number visibly on the outside.
  4. Ship the Return:‌ Send the package via a trackable service to the address provided. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
  5. Inspection & Confirmation:‌ Once received, our team will inspect the item within ‌5–7 business days‌. We will notify you of the outcome via email.

4. ‌Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the ‌original payment method‌ within ‌10 business days‌ of inspection confirmation.
  • Shipping charges (original delivery) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for non-faulty returns; for defective/incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. ‌Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return (as above) and place a new order on our website for the desired product.


6. ‌Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at murmur@kitchencraftuk.com. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will arrange a prepaid return or replacement at no extra cost.


7. ‌Late or Missing Returns

Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted. Packages lost in transit without tracking are the customer’s responsibility—we recommend using insured, trackable shipping.
